FIC VB-601...is it any good?

A friend of mine has offered me a pretty good deal on an old FIC 440BX motherboard that he has laying around. I have not heard a lot of good things about FIC in the past and this is an older board. I have two main questions. First of all, does anyone here have any experience with this board. If so, is it stable?
My second question is: will it support my PIII 750mhz SECCII processor? The specs on the website list it as supporting a max speed of 600mhz. I'm assuming that if it only supports 600mhz chips that it doesn't have the proper voltage regulators for the coppermine (there were some pre-coppermine 600mhz PIIIs a while back).

You can find specs on the motherboard here.

I've not had much problem with FIC
They are very stable just not good overclockers.
If your getting it cheap it'd be worth it.
