FIC or EPOX nforce2 board?

Ive just been lookin at both these boards (the nforce2 chipset.) Also, ive been hearin that these two boards are almost identical, is this true? If there really is no difference between the fic and epox, ill get the fic. Please confirm this. Thanx

There may be smaller differences in layout and such, but rest assure, EPoX is going to be better quality.. I wouldn't buy FIC based on past history, I'd go EPoX for sure.

Guys- Do you realize that EPOX is using FIC manufactured boards for some of their AU11 inventory?

I just bought a FIC AU11 myself and I can say it's almost exactly the same as an 8RDA+ I've seen. A friend and I looked very closely at both boards and couldn't tell the difference other than a chipset fan and board color. Otherwise we couldn't tell the difference- It was the same right down to the postition of the revision numbers.

The boards are about the same. I'd choose the board with better support.

Personally, I'd go Epox. They release new BIOS files faster than most mobo companies.

Actually it is the other way around. FIC is using boards manufactured by EPOX.
