FIC Motherboard Quality?

I'm thinking of buying a system with a FIC motherboard in it. Since I know nothing about these boards I was wondering if anyone could coment of the overall quality of them. Thanks

I had the FIC AN11 for my Athlon XP 1800+ and I never had problems. Stable, no-frills board. I don't know about the newer models, though. I didn't do any overclocking, but there were options in the BIOS.

they are iffy, some boards they made were OK, some were not so good.
at least I don't think they are as bad as PCChips/ECS.

I think they still do a lot of OEM work for the big box pushers here so they can't be too bad. The last FIC I installed was a Super Socket-7 so that's how out-of-date my experience is... I mainly buy MSI, Abit, Asus and I've heard that Soltek makes a mean mobo too. I look for a P4-12V socket on the mobo to power the CPU - that tends to weed the field remarkably well...
