FIC Ice Cube VG61 and Celeron D 320

Hi,

I just purchased a Celeron D 320 and was hoping to put it in my Ice Cube VG61 (i845GE chipset) According to intel's site that chipset supports it, but when I put the chip in, I get no POST. I can't seem to find any BIOS updates on FIC's website, and know the chip is good, it works fine in another board. Any of you have any suggestions? I have emailed FIC but have yet to hear back..

845gv supports prescott chips if the manufacturer puts the right voltage equipment. That board probably won't take that chip ever.
