FIC Boot screen sucks

Does anyone who has a FIC AZ11/AZ11E know how to get rid of that first boot screen that covers the POST screen? I think its in the BIOS but I want it just to display the POST and not their damn bitmap.:|

I think that maybe that logo genie thing thats included with the CD can help but I haven't tried it and I'm at work.
