i saw that at fry's. seemed cheap to me, the az11e has the multiplier tweaks. Please dont flame me if this isn't cheap

looks good to me. i bought a mobo and a 1 ghz at frys about 3 weeks ago for 249 :(

It's a good deal. The only problem is that AZ11e does not support 133Mhz bus, so you will be stack with 100Mhz bus Athlon.

In a long term, you might be better off getting one of boards based on KT133a and an OEM chip for about the same money or $10 - $20 more from places like Newegg although I prefer getting retail chip over OEM.
