Remove video card. See if you get a beep. If you do ,swap out the video card.

I'm having the same problem with my AZ11 and Duron 650. I have a replacement cpu coming so I can rule out a bad cpu, but I suspect the board is dead. Good luck with your dilemma.

hmm. Your CPU might be bad. I also have an AZ11(E) and mine did that.. but the RAM was bad. I have actually come to really like this mainboard. Although.. its not really for OverClockers.. VERY STABLE THOUGH :D

Had the same problems with my new AZ11E w/ Thunderbird 1.2 GHz. Had to remove the MB from the case, pull the power from the wall, remove all cards except video and memory, cleared the CMOS for greater than 10 seconds. After this I powered up with the "Insert" key depressed. Got continuous repeated beeps, (wrong memory type or cards) replaced with an old stick of PC100 and it booted up. Remounted everything and I was on my way.
