so I just bought a barebone case that came with a fic mobo an17 and a fic at009 video card. it's suppose to be a Radeon 9000Pro the 64 mg version. I got the case + ps + mobo + video card for $100 total. I did some reading and ppl grouped that card with the mx series from the geforce family, I have a geforce 2 ti right now. I'm just wondering if this card's worth keeping. I can always wait a little bit and get a geforce 4 or something you know?

just wanted an second opinion, any input would be appreciated. tks!

yea, its about as fast as the 8500, and slightly slower in some things, that will serve you well for a good while, It also should have great image quality, most 9000 pros have great image quality. And, they have full direct X 8 support, so they are compatibel fully with new games and older ones, it also has full stream, so streaming media on the internet has a higher image quality. i would keep it, my main system infacty uses my 9000 pro instead of my 8500, it appears after the 3.4s, my 9000 pro is 5 - 6 % faster then my 8500 in all tests i throw at it, and 9000 pro has better image quality, and mine has vga, dvi, and svideo out, If i were you i would be keep it.
