After month of EpoX 8KTA3 KT133a, I decided to jump into DDR...
I have always been loyal to EpoX mobo, but new jumperless design kind of turn me off. (Don't get me wrong, but they are extremely stable, and I am still using one)

Anyhow, let's begin.... (Get to the point issue)

1...... Package: It comes w/ a "cheesy looking yellow box".
ATA100 cable, floopy drive cable, and one REGULAR 40pin cable.
2 software CD, which I didn't bother to check out what's in there!!!

2..... Layout: I agree w/ anandtech's review that its socket place at the worst location. (I only have midtower, and I must remove the power supply before able to get my Volcano II clip in place)
My AD11 does equipped w/ a CHIP HSF, however, chip cooler's cable run all the way to the buttom of the mobo. (which use the last 3pin connector of this mobo)
You already know it got 1/5/1 layout, but you might not know that its AGP sit on the 2nd slot of your CASE, where it always belong to PCI-1 or AMR.
It might not be a problem for most users, but after you install your modern video card w/ HS, I don't see how any card can be install on PCI 1.

3.....Installation: I already know my T-850 capable of 100X10 @ 1.825V. I didn't bother to be gentle, I set the jumper to 133FSB, 8.0X CM, and at @1.85V, "Load Optimized Defaults" and it works!
(well, nothing special about it, it should work, after all, I increase .025V!)
HD start spinning, (nope, I didn't do clean installation.)
After I uninstall VIA agp driver, and install AMD's, 10 mins later, everything is up and running......(this surprise me!!!!!!)

4.....Extra: After everything is up and running, I check the temp and voltage, and I found........if you set the jumper to 1.85V, your CPU actually getting 1.9V, and if at 1.825 it is actually 1.88V......good or bad? your choice!

IRQ:

AGP share w/ PCI 5 (yeah, this is strange.....never see any mobo like that)
PCI 1, w/ ISA Alaising on, it will has its independent IRQ. (still share w/ AGP)
PCI 2. fully independent
PCI 3. independent....unless you have onboard AC'97 turn on, then it will share w/ PCI 3.
PCI 4. Share IRQ w/ onboard USB 1 and USB 2. (NOPE, you can't turn off the USB 2)

5....Stability: no problem, I have run 3DMark2001 demo loop........After 10 hours (hey, I still need to sleep right? :) ), I found the system still running!!!

If you like to know more, I can run some test for you guys.....
What do I think about this board?
FIC, the name sounds bad.
The package looks ugly.
The the CPU socket location really Sxxx!
Other than that.......I love it!!! Easy, fast, and most important.......STABILITY!
