I would like to check if anyone here know what the company MasterTec does. For the last month or so, they have been in my neighborhood digging and working on a control box. What I mean by control box, it is a metal case that is about chest high. Only thing I see on the side of the tents. It just says "MasterTec fiberoptics"

This is in Chino Hlls, CA.
 
very cool. the world should be turning that direction, although fiberoptic cables are very delicate and take a lot of patience and skill to make.
 
as i said in the other thread in GH, i would SERIOUSLY be kicking myself for moving from diamond bar is that area is getting FiOS!!
 
They are a subsidiary of the RIAA, they are installing Carnivore devices in your neighborhood to monitor your every keystroke
