touched up is putting it lightly. $100 says that isn't even alba's body. it almost never is in movie posters...the stars can't be bothered to come in for a dinky poster photoshoot, so they get some un-famous model to pose and then photoshop the head on. Standard practice - there are people that do *only* that for a living.
