There are offers throughout the year, from Businesses giving them away (there's incentives for the magazine to literally give away subs, since the larger their subscriber base is the more the mags can charge for Ads in their magazines).

Maxim, FHM, Stuff, etc. regularly have free mag offers on this & other Deals forums. Just be patient Daniel-san 😀
