few questions on the r9500 pro

Ok i plan on buying this card within the next month, as long as its still around

Well anyway I have a few questions about it

1. Using this and a Athlon Xp 2500 how many fps should i get in Counterstrike at 1024x768 resolution?

2. Will this card be able to play HL2 and Doom3 on high settings while maintaining a pretty decent fps?

3. How long will this card last before I have to upgrade it? I'm hoping atleast 1 year.
