I need WiFi + Bluetooth for my Desktop, and I'd like to use the Intel Centrino 6235, as there are many positive reviews. There are two antenna connectors and the board will work at 2.4/5 Ghz:
I may buy an adapter from Mini PCIe to PCIe 1x but.... there are a lot of bad reviews about the quality (not couting the fact that there are three antenna connectors):
So the idea is to buy this guy (Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 for Desktop) and replace the board with Centrino 6235:
Questions 1: will the Centrino 6235 work when placed on the Centrino 6205 adapter?
Questions 2: I want to replace the wired antenna with 2 x 5db gain (without wires). Everywhere I look I can find only models for 2 Ghz. Where I can find antennas that work with both frequencies?
