Few questions concerning Gigabyte/Sony products

Hey, im new here, and have a question about the "Gigabyte,GA7VTXE+" and "Sony 16x10x40" do you reccomend any other mobos or cdrws for the same price? And is this mobo stable, i heard it was good, and the sound was excellent also. No plextor...the 12x is a bit slow i'd say, and its 10 bux more...

For the CD-RW I would recommend a Lite-On. Giga-Byte motherboards are good. I have used a number of them and never had a problem.
