And what legal country?

Edit: personally think it should be legal everywhere (not a user myself though)

Parts of the US of A recently legalized recreational use. I think one of them allows growing for personal use -- not a lawyer.

Different rules for medical use.

Both Colorado and Washington allow anyone over 21 to grow their own. There are limits on number of plants and such though. Cali and several other states allow people with certain medical conditions to grow at home as well.

Washington DC has a ballot initiative that is going to the vote in November. Which will legalize home growing and consumption for adults 21 or older. Though they recently decriminalized as well, so even if the legalization initiative fails this time around. It is just a civil citation and not a real criminal offense if you are caught.

Oregon also looks like they will have a legalization vote this year as well as Alaska.

The times are a-changing.

Isn't it still federally illegal though?

Yes. But the current policy of the USDOJ is to not pursue these operations in states where MJ has been legalized, either medicinally or recreationally. If a new presidential administration comes into power with a different philosophy, it could easily all go back to the way it was, virtually overnight.

If I were his boss, I'd give two craps.

And most of us have bosses that grew up in the 70s so let's not play games.
I know a local employer in my town that has been growing very fast, and adding employees almost weekly. They've discussed doing drug testing, mostly to deal with insurance concerns. But the idea was soundly rejected, due to the simple fact that they'd have very few employees left.

Please don't post pics like these. It gains you nothing. It could have severe consequences. I support leaglizing pot but it isn't legal yet and might never be.

Doesn't trump state laws, bro.

It's been a while since I've studied this in school, and I'm not a lawyer by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm pretty sure there is something in the constitution that says the opposite. As far as I'm aware, the state says it's legal in the state and the federal government isn't currently enforcing the fact that it's federally illegal. However, they could decide to do that at any time.

Note, I'm not against it - just pointing out that "legal" should have a note attached to it.

The concept was originally that states were sovereign and the federal government only regulated inter-state commerce and national defense. Since then, things have gotten a bit distorted.

In the second picture I thought you were in your underwear, like a fatass and retarded pot-smoking Walter White.
