Kind of like that high school student who went to her prom and delivered her baby in the bathroom stall. Some women can hide pregnancy very well believe it or not.

Yeah, but if it was a miscarriage then they're shouting health violations, which obviously pale to murdering a newborn..
The article indicated that a homeless individual or transient might have done it, but was unlikely due to the secure area. Are you suggesting that the vendor (for lack of a better term) transported and/or leased the portable toilet with the body already inside?
