Ferrari for sale, on ebay.

There is no freaking way I'd buy that car. It would be a parts car at best. Those only go for $30-40k in excellent condition anyway. Repairs to this one would probably cost more than that.

1985 and parts aren't cheap and not known for reliability... if you are looking at this based on price it's probably a bad idea for you to bid.

I could be wrong.

By water damage, do they mean under 10 feet of water for a week?

I would think the title is replaceable. The whole state of Louisiana isn't under water.

looks pretty banged up...its the water damage that I would be worried about...like maybe new engine required

"My Ferrari has water damage and a tree fell on her"

hahahahhahahah a fvcking tree fell on it?? that sounds minor....remind me to saw your arm off and then sell the corpse on ebay 'yeah this decomposing body has minor damage"

Anyway reading back and looking at the bashers...

Most exotics and esp. during the 80's had issues.

I have been in two 308's and one 328 that friends owned.

nothing out of the ordinary happened, except one almost wiping out an apartment style mailbox when he fishtailed.

This was in high school though. Haven't been in one since.

the Auction winner is a well known Ferrari Parts distributor.

supposedly just the engine is worth about 10 grand, and the tranny 7.
