Felt an Earthquake!

So It was 445AM, and I was woken up by the tremendous shake. Then there was a loud bang, I screamed. Heard something fell. Donot know what it was. I thought it may have been just a bad dream. I was scared. Fell back to sleep. At 615, I was laying on my bed, pretty much awake. Everything started shaking again. The furniture, stariway rims, AC, lasted for about five seconds. I thought this was the end ...Nothing happened though. No casualties reported for the quake.

A third quake was reported at 1030HRS, but at that time I was on the road, noticed nothing. It is 330PM, Im scared that a bigger one may occour anytime 🙁

I thought this was the end...

I'd think people would jump out (first floor) windows, before allowing a building to colapse on them. Hell, stand in a doorway, if nothing else! 😕

I screamed more because there was a loud bang. The earthquake itself wasnt too bad, but the fact it woke me up (I dont even notice the first shake) and there was a loud bang, and I was having a bad nightmare made things horribly bad. 😉 I was suddenly woken from a nightmare 😛
 
it's a 5.5 - nothing more than a good shake, maybe some stuff falling off the walls, and a conversation piece for two days.

but that's me in LA where i'm used to them.
 
hatim you little chicken poo. it was the slightest tremor ever! amazing how everyone here's freaking out over a tiny tremor. this local pakistani forum was giving emergency procedures, and people were hiding under door frames and desks and stuff.

5.5! c'mon!!

I don't believe that the buildings in Pakistan are made to spec like they are in cali... a 5.5 could problebly do damage.
