Fellow co-worker has been pumping gas since he was 13 yrs old.

I'm working with an old guy whose like a machine. He comes in 2 hrs before his shift everyday although he doesn't get paid for it. He's been punping gas for over 60 years. This guy never stops!

I don't think he even graduated form grade school. You have to remember that most people from his era dropped out of school so they could work at a young age.

Wow, that's a long time. I suspect that OPEC may in fact be entirely made up. It's a front fabricated by guys like this, who want to make 6 figures pumping gas. The money's going right into their pockets.

BTW, it's illegal to work time that you're not paid for.

My mother was born in 1930.

She graduated from Ball State Teacher's College (Ball State University was a women's only school for teachers back then).

My father was born in 1925.

He graduated from Syracuse University then went on to get a PHd.

Both grew up poor and worked their way through school. My father fought in WWII
