I think we get large packs of them with a net cost of about 20 cents each, and they last me at least two weeks if my wife doesn't use 'em. Just use hot water and bath soap. No shaving cream, after shave or any other garbage. Takes all of 2 minutes to shave VERY clean with no nicks, scrapes, cuts or anything else.

God I wish I could shave like that

Damn this curly facial hair of mine
Is growing a beard an option? Why fight it, if it's that much of a problem? Seems like the rational thing to do!

Some people have the good fortune to have relatively soft facial hair.

Being of Asian (Chinese) background I can tell you that my facial hair is quite coarse and a real PITA to grow out. Gets very irritating once I get the goatee going. The wife doesn't like the feel although she does likes the look.

Straight Edge.

jk I use a Mach 3 Turbo with shaving gel from gillette. Gets a good close shave and the gel is easier on the skin than regular shaving cream.

Mach 3 (Normal not Turbo) with Gilette series shaving gel (general "Clean Skin" one) plus Nivea After Shave Balm.

I usually let it grow out once a year for about 3 months and then its back to the clean shaven look.

I went onto Ebay and found an old Gillette razor from the 1960's that takes the single blades, it has a dial to make it shave closer. Best razor I've ever shaved with, and the blades are real cheap compared to other razors.
