I've been using an electric shaver for the last couple of years and I'm tired of it. I can never get a really good close shave like I want, I always have that fuzzy feel even right after shaving. I want to start using a razor but unfortunately I have really sensitive skin and most razors usually make me break out but I'm kinda desperate so I'm thinking of trying one out again and seeing if I can get away with it.

So just out of curiosity what do you guys shave with?

EDIT: Is there a way to turn this into a poll?

A Remington electric I was given as a Chistmas gift a 1.5 years ago. I hate it but have gotten used to the time savings over using a blade so I endure on.

mach 3...straight up...no water, no cream, no soap.....just straight up and shave...i feel too lazy to put on shaving cream....

afterwards, i use rubbing alcohol as aftershave...

AWESOME

i have slight sensitive skin...to prevent the breakouts, i use rubbing alcohol after i shave..and use it to clean the blade.....

the first week i've done this, my skin was on fire...it hurt like a madman.....but it felt goood...the pain on the skin felt goood...as long as i felt it up w/ my hand..and it was smooth.....

u should try too..it hurts...but just imagine that ur killing all those germs...mmmm

Or he's recently watched "The Dirty Dozen".

In any case, it's Mach3 and some Gillette stuff. Works fine.

Been using Bic disposables for 30 years. Started out using Gillette system, but the Bics worked just as well for less money. I think we get large packs of them with a net cost of about 20 cents each, and they last me at least two weeks if my wife doesn't use 'em. Just use hot water and bath soap. No shaving cream, after shave or any other garbage. Takes all of 2 minutes to shave VERY clean with no nicks, scrapes, cuts or anything else.

Mach 3 w/ Edge when I have the time.

Norelco 4601x for small touch ups or if I need to shave in under a minute.
