So I just needed a PC to ping and configure Cisco hardware and thought one of those Foxconn barebones from the Egg would suit nicely because it still has a serial port for consoling into the Ciscos and since I have DDR3 SODIMM and a SATA drive ready to go... well, this thing will not POST. At first it would only power on for a split second until I took the motherboard out and held it as I hit the power switch then insulated the backing from shorts. Now the power stays on but no POST with or without RAM/HDD/fan plugged in. With a PSU tester it reports the voltages are fine. Is this bound for an RMA?
