Feels good to know where I'm going to college...

I sure does feel nice to know where I'm going to college. Just got an acceptance package today from University of the Arts... I'm in (hence the "acceptance"). Furthermore, I'll be getting a $9,000 a year scholarship for 4 years provided I don't drop out or fail.

There's only one catch to my acceptance. I've been admitted, but in order to make everything final I need to pass their four week long summer PREP program with a C or better in each class. I'm definitely sure I can handle it, and it may even be fun for me considering I'm allowed to stay in a dorm for the duration of the program and it's only Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an extra hour seminar on Wednesdays.

Just thought I would share my good news.

i hear it is hard to get a job in that field unless you are unbelievable at it :x

Never heard that before, but from what I've seen there are a decent number of jobs out there. My cosin does graphic and interactive design down in Atlanta and he's making quite a bit of money... he just hired an accountant as a matter of fact.
