so I"m going through my 2 to 3 year old collection of mp3, listening to them....and I get this wierd uneasy feeling. The minute I listen to these songs, for some reason, it reminds me of my ex-gf. turns out that while I was dating her, these were the songs I listen a lot too....

really wierd feeling. oh yea, and I Just found out that she works in the same building as me last week.

for all you people who have ex gf's, do you guys ever get that 'wierd' feeling when you think back?

Yep. If I play Daniel Powter or All American Rejects it reminds me of College and dating Heather. Anything else, and I hardly think of her 🙂

Music = Brings back memories

Power of association. It can happen with the weirdest things. I can't stand the taste of Chef Boyardee Spaghetti or Ravioli anymore. I used to eat it for lunch often when I worked at Walmart. Now it just reminds me of that place.
Music too - certain music I played a lot during high school, I don't listen to now, because it drags me back into that mindset very quickly, and it's tough enough staying out of that.
