Feeling of Satisfaction regarding work

5 months ago I left my position with Tyson Foods by taking a risk and hiring on as a QA Manager at a start up plant in a small town in Kansas. On my first day, I entered an empty building with upper management and a few maintenance guys on board.

In just under 5 months we have re-vamped the building, installed all equipment, hired a full crew, and started production. To make it even more satisfying I was actually able to buy our product at one of the local grocery stores last night.

Big risk in my career, but as of now it was worth it.

Nice! If things don't work out, you're still in a better position due to the experience gained.

I've made a name for myself in the industry already by starting this plant up and developing all quality programs. Recruiters, as well as internal company recruiters, are calling me daily. 🙂
