Feeling nostalgic.. Looking for ways to look at billboard history.

I'm cravin' some serious old school R&B and pop, I can only remember some select few and I know I'm missing some very good ones. Is there a way to look up billboard chart in any time frame? Some songs I could only come up with were:

I Wish - Skee Lo
Move it Like This - K7
Action - Terror Fabulous
You Gotta Be - Des'ree
