Feeling a little down...what's the cure, exercise or drink?

So I just spent pretty much all day finishing up some 100% worthless assignment with more on the horizon for the rest of the week leaving almost 0 time to get done a bunch of things I really really want to get don. Feeling pretty awsome about that of course, and I'm trying to decide whether drinking or exercising is the way to go.

On the one hand, I love lifting weights and the exercise high can't be beat. But on the other hand, it's almost 11:00 PM here, I have to get up at 8:30, and I don't really feel like walking my ass to the gym (about 20 mintues away). I could drive, but then I'd lose my parking spot because they oversell permits at my apartment complex. That would not be awsome. Drinking is easier and quicker ;)

So...what does ATOT think I should do? Not that I'm going to do what you say, but I'm interested to hear what you think about my dilema.

Exercise is the best option. It'll get the good chemicals in your brain flowing to make you feel better. However, if "down" feelings persist, please see a doctor.

If you're likely to break out of the funk tomorrow anyway I say hit the bottle.

Edit: Keep in mind alcohol is a CNS depressant.

The Tennessee Marine Workout. Run until you feel you're going to die, then chug as many beers as you can before you feel dizzy. I saw my Lieutenant do it and he felt....well, he didn't really feel much laying on the ground passed out, but it would solve your problems, and you would have done a cardio workout. :)

Exercise! :D

I usually sing when I'm down, but that wasn't one of the options! :D
