It's a really insightful interview with Alex Zanardi, after his recent win in the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC).
For those who don't know or don't follow motorsports, Alex Zanardi is a successful race car driver, he won two consecutive championships in CART. However on Sept 15, 2001, he was involved in a racing accident where he lost both his legs. The interview above contains footage of this, so if you are squeamish, you may want to skip that part.
Anyway, the video shows clips of his life and how he adapted. He pretended nothing happened and got back behind the wheel of a racing car and went back racing! Truly inspirational. If you ever feel down or whatever, just think about him and how he was optimistic through all he went though.
