Last week I placed an order with SVC, which included an SK-7 and a Smart Fan 2, both on sale, and both out of stock. It was my own dumb fault for not noticing that the Smart Fan 2 was out, but they ran out of SK-7's as well.
I asked if I could substitute something, because this was for my brother's birthday and I can't wait that long. I got this email:
I said ok, thinking I would just get the SLK-800 and nothing else, since the SLK-800 costs as much as my whole order.
They are now sending me both the SLK-800 and an original Thermaltake Smart Fan to go with it.
SVC is very cool indeed

Dear Valued Customer,
Since we currently out of stock on the SK-7 and the Smart Case fan 2, we
can substitute any other items you would like. We can ship to you an
SLK-800 instead if you would like. Please respond to this email
regarding your decision.
Best Regards,
SVC Customer Service
