I just picked up the Gigabyte 7950 (WF3) from the post office and ran Heaven 3.0.
I'd enabled the 2nd BIOS using the small switch on the card, so the stock settings (on the OC'd BIOS) are 1000 core, 1250 mem and 1125 mv.
It scored 1714 with those clocks at the following settings:
Render: direct3d11
Mode: 1920x1080 4xAA fullscreen
Shaders: high
Textures: high
Filter: trilinear
Anisotropy: 4x
Occlusion: enabled
Refraction: enabled
Volumetric: enabled
Tessellation: normal
FPS: 68.0
Min FPS: 28.7
Max FPS: 143.8
I left the fan on 35% throughout the benchmark, temps topped at 70c. Fan was silent, so if I decide to OC further it should be able to run faster without annoying me.

ASIC quality is quite low at 67.4%

Coming from a 7850 that scored 1289 on 1175 core 1350 mem, I feel pretty satisfied with this card. Any feedback on scores is highly appreciated, as I'm not sure how they compare.

Yep looks about right. Gigabyte WF3 should do 1100mhz, maybe 1200mhz even - I've read of some users who set the voltage to 1.3V and still have decent temps.

I'm still tinkering. VRMs were getting into the high 90s at stock, but I noticed VDDC was adjusting itself from 1125 to 1230, so I set it Afterburner to hold voltage constant at 1125; that decreased VRM temps to low 70s. Just had a crash at that voltage with 1075 core, so increased it to 1135.
Sadly I've got work in a bit, so further testing has to wait until tonight.

How hot can I allow VRMs to get? It doesn't seem as though this card is doing a very good job at cooling them.

the windforce 7950 doesn't have a mosfet heatsink which explains those temps. The vrm's are supposed to handle up to ~120°C so you are just fine at 90°C but higher temps may lead to worse oc potential.

Constant voltage isn't a good idea because it'll won't downvolt on idle and will use extra power. Rather keep the automatic VDDC adjustment and try a higher clock speed.
