Well update, parts came in yesterday. Succesfully set everything up and with the Crucial M4 SSD as my OS drive it is fast.

3Dmark score is: P5527 3DMarks which is a little above my component baseline so im pleased.

Ran Prime95 last night and everything is stable. Also O/C'd the 2500k up to 4400 GHZ running stable at 35 degrees.

Congrats! You got a good chip. Make sure that P95 reports no errors while overclocked and simultaneously watch your speeds with something like CPU-Z. OC'ed Sandy's will sometime throttle down without crashing if you have the voltage too low.

I noticed that it sometimed throttled down from 4.4GHZ the first night, it hasnt done it since. Which voltage setting would I have to change if it happened again?

Overall, I am very pleased with all my purchases. Especially the Antec Kuhler 620, its quiet and by utilizing my existing case fan i have a push/pull setup like the 920 for free.

The graphics card was definately worth the money as well. Playing Deus Ex Human Revolution, max settings but dont know how to get the fps to show.

Definately thank you to everyones feedback/advice on this build

You're welcome. :)

To avoid throttling, you'll want to boost the voltage by raising the Vcore and/or reduce Vdroop by increasing the Load Line Calibration (LLC) setting.
