Feedback from ASUS Maximus V Formula owners

Looking to purchase one soon and I would like to hear the good / bad from those who have it.

Seems like every mother board out there (and any other component for that matter) has a wide range of positive and negative reviews on the various vendor sites. (Newegg, Tiger Direct, Amazon, etc.) I try not to pay too much attention to them, but...

Well, got it last week and got it installed right away. A week later no problems - love it!

Always have had a thing for the maximus boards,the price and the features of the current maximus gene make it pretty much perfect.

Back when i had my Q6600 years ago,i had played with both the maximus and the maximus 2,honestly a few builds later and i pratically have never played with a board that was more awesome then the maximus 2.

Have even considered going on ebay and finding me another maximus2,a used q6600 and a gtx280 and have me retro system. Would play some games like Black Ops2 fine when i come over.

Having fun now with the ASUS Fan Xpert II software. You can tune and control all 8 fan headers.
