Fedora VM in Windows 7 USB issues

I have a VM of Fedora 15 playing via VM Player. I cannot get my USB thumb drive to show. If I try to install a new USB device it says something about ESX 3.x not supported.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Is this an issue with the VM or VM Player? How can I move a file from Fedora to Windows with little pain? I tried the folder sharing and it is on, but I don't see that folder in Linux.
