Fedora 10 installation

I installed Fedora 10 (I know...it's old, but i was instructed too) on a dual boot using the windows boot loader. Boot loader works, but when I select Fedora to boot, it brings me to a command terminal instead of the GUI. What did I do wrong?

Try startx to start the gui. If that works, setting it up to auto start should be easy, but I can't remember how. Google should help.

tried that. It just give me a bunch of errors.

I should also note that when I installed it, it would not do the GUI install, but the text version. I looked it up and it says it is issues with nVidia cards, but this is an ATI card.

The errors would be useful. Not necessarily to me, but maybe someone smarter :^D Who knows, I might see something obvious, and easy to fix.

Yea, you can put it on a USB stick. You could also do it from a text browser in fedora, or probably even some direct way from terminal, but that's getting out of my comfort zone. Might be interesting to try it for the experience. It would be like a headless server.
