Ordered a new phone on saturday that's supposed to be here today, and on the fedex tracking website it says "not due for delivery" as a comment next to the last update. its supposed to be delivered today so.. what does it mean?

Here's the link to the tracking site, lemme know if it works or not

It means they're assholes and don't feel like delivering it today since it's not "expected to arrive" until tomorrow.

but it says i got 2 day shipping, and the estimated delivery date is today.. maybe I will get on the horn and yell at them. I'm used to being screwed by UPS, but this is a new one for fedex..

That means that you are not going to get 2 day shipping when you paid for express saver (3day shipping). If you would like it to not have that next to the future, pay the extra money for 2day shipping.

Then what does this mean (from the tracking link: )?

Service type FedEx 2Day Service

i screwed up and didnt look at the date on the updates. the one that said it was being held was from yesterday not today, i paid for 2 day shipping and thats what i got. all is good.

No, it means you get what you pay for. Want it sooner? Pay for it....

companies should go above and beyond what they are expected of to keep customers coming back.

unfortunately, fedex really has a few competitors. they could go out of their way to make a customer happy, but they choose not to.
