Fedex website: wtf does this mean?

Ordered a new phone on saturday that's supposed to be here today, and on the fedex tracking website it says "not due for delivery" as a comment next to the last update. its supposed to be delivered today so.. what does it mean?

It means they're assholes and don't feel like delivering it today since it's not "expected to arrive" until tomorrow.

call them and yell.

ask for their danbury, CT facility more specifically.

but it says i got 2 day shipping, and the estimated delivery date is today.. maybe I will get on the horn and yell at them. I'm used to being screwed by UPS, but this is a new one for fedex..

i screwed up and didnt look at the date on the updates. the one that said it was being held was from yesterday not today, i paid for 2 day shipping and thats what i got. all is good.

No, it means you get what you pay for. Want it sooner? Pay for it....

companies should go above and beyond what they are expected of to keep customers coming back.

unfortunately, fedex really has a few competitors. they could go out of their way to make a customer happy, but they choose not to.
