can i expect something to be here today?

in indianapolis at 2:43PM EST
usually goes to grand rapids, mi, about 50 miles north of me
then i live in kalamazoo, mi

any chance it will be here today?
2 day shipping from ZZF, ordered sunday @ ~11PM

Don't they give you an expected delivery date? If it states today than you probably get it today. If it states tomorrow then they probably will hold it.

Doubtful, you'll get it tomorrow.

Remember, Indianapolis is a good drive from Grand Rapids, then it has to go back south. Then it has to be picked up by a truck and brought back.

If it's UPS, the site isn't real-time... many times I'll be waiting for something and it'll be delivered and signed for and an hour later it still shows out for delivery.

Although fedex has a MAJOR HUB in IN... 2:43 is past the delivery.

Don't packages load up in the truck in the morning for delivery?

hmmmm I think it depends when the driver updates the information?

Sometimes it is ASAP... sometimes not

Jan 2, 2006 1:28 PM Package data transmitted to FedEx (dropped off at Kinkos, Fedex didn't do pickup on 1/2)
According to the tracking info, it moved 5 miles in 72 hours. Estimated delivery time was 4 days. This is Fedex ground to MN.
