ok so i bought a set of wheels.
just got the wheels today, but there are no lugnuts included with them. The wheels came with cardboard discs on either side (for protection against scratches and all) held together by tape all across. and one of the discs had a little pouch on the inside of it...obviously meant for the lugnuts. the thing is, that disc with the pouch was half open (tape scraped off somehow) and no lugnuts inside.
i called the shipper, he said he incuded them with the wheels....and im inclined to believe him. he even said when Fedex weighed the wheels, one was heavier due to the lugnuts.
now i'm thinkin the pouch opened and the bag of lugnuts fell out somehow. what are my options? can i call up fedex? would that have any effect?
im thinking i'd need to get new ones cuz most likely that unmarked bag of lugnuts wont be found
