I have a package coming in on a day that I will not be home to receive it is there something from their website that I can print off saying to leave it at the door versus waiting another day or going all the way to the FedEx terminal?

This works for me:

Attn: Fedex Courier
I hereby give signature release for this package so it may be left without a signature. This is only for this package (Tracking #: XXXXXXXXXXXX)
Thank you,

I have a permanent signature release with all major delivery services, never had anything stolen (hundreds of packages delivered); never understood why anyone wouldn't do the same.

I worked with someone that stole a fedex dell package from his (apartment) neighbor, he said it was just sitting on his neighbors doorstep and he couldn't resist..it was a laptop...karma worked it's magic...someone broke into my coworker's apartment and stole the computer and his tv.

The release I signed tells them to go into my back yard and put it in my shed. I've had no problems with them.
