fedex just lost my ati AIW 9600xt

Tracking shows that it was delivered to my town at 10:12am yesterday. However they delivered it to a different address, somebody signed for it too, and the address they delivered it to isn't even in my town. But they only have the street address. all i know is i want my card.
 
Had this happen twice with FedEx in the past 6 months. I have everything delivered to my work, and there are only 10 of us here. When I saw that the package had been signed for, I noticed the name was of no one here at work. I had to wait till the next day in order for the customer support reps to be able to see what the address was. Turns out they had delivered it just up the road, luckily with a car dealership that we do business with. The second time FedEx did it, they called me right away to let me know.

When it happened the first time, FedEx offered to go pick it back up and deliver it correctly that same day. Should work the same way with you I would think.

way to make me feel good guys! i just shipped out $2500 worth of laptop from fedex on tuesday..
 
do you live in an apartment complex? or townhome community? I've had fedex leave it with a neighbor after the 3rd delivery attempt. Which is horrid. I would much rather they make me pick it up. But yes, Call customer service, they will track down the carrier and ask him'/her where they left it.
