Thats it.

No estimated arrival. no other information and its 4 days later. What type of tracking is that?

They do not deliver on Saturdays. I once had to drive out to the local FedEx joint to pick up my dvd burner (yes, I'm impatient).

I'll never use Fed Ex again. I ordered a video card from newegg, 1st they delivered it but we were away on vacation for a few days. When we came back we asked them to deliver it again, and nobody came. Yet they said that they delivered it twice. (The driver was obviously lazy) Then we called and they said we had to pick it up all the way on the other side of the state. So i just asked for a refund.

Fedex home does deliver on Saturday, they work Tue-Sat. You're on the other side of the country, your package is in a trailer on it's way to a sorting facility. It will be updated when it gets there. Things I order from CA do not get scanned again until it hits Memphis.

Regular Fedex Ground packages aren't delivered on Saturdays. There is an option where you pay more to have it delivered on Saturday

The facility must be very far away or they missed the scan. You are in NJ

USPS has by far the worst tracking. DHL and UPS are about equal, and FedEx, in my experience has been the best of them, but none are what I'd call great.

Every once in a while, FedEx will have very poor tracking, and DHL or UPS will have really good, but USPS is always worthless, so I don't even bother checking it.

fedex has the best tracking in my experience. Unlike UPS where my tracking number doesn't seem to be valid till the third day of shipment. USPS seems to have two steps in their tracking, "Shipment received, shipment delivered"
