my post office has one, but the lady couldn't tell me if I can do it :
she said that the guy might give it to the ground truck
 
Fedex typically has ground trucks picking up daily at their express stations for this kind of stuff. They won't be happy though 🙂
 
I called and it is only for saver, 2nd day packages
ground=kinkos, store, authorized shipcenter :

sukhoi... no I meant ground packages dropped in a Express DROP OFF Location
