I think this should not be a surprise. Also, I have no clue how to fix it. Getting a judge kicked off the bench is damn near impossible, and I seriously doubt anyone wants to replace 131 of them all at the same time.

One word up there completely redefines the issue.

Hmmm.....only 56 began notifications? I would hope that all of them would have at least review the investigative report (shocker....I know.....that journalists aren't always right).

I won't subscribe to WSJ, so I'm asking. Did the WSJ article cite the statute(s)?

Seems like something congress could easily fix but there is generally a lack of political will to police/manage/reduce corruption in out society in relation to people who make more than 200K a year.
