I made a order to newegg on wednesday using their cheapest shipping method. Today friday when I get home, I notice a door thing reading missed delivery, will deliver again on Monday. Not wanting to wait 3 days I called up fedex and about 30 minutes later the fedex person came back to deliver my package. Not bad for fedex saver shipping!

Have you all ever tried calling the 1-800 fedex number after you missed a package? I asked very nicely and the person on the line said they will send out a request to the driver.
 
The funny thing is I remembered I could call them again because a while back I missed a UPS delivery and called UPS number and the UPS driver came back. Talking on the phone in a professional and courteous manner can go a long ways.
