Fed ex leaving packages notice

Is there somewhere online you can print something out to sign so that Fedex leaves your package at the door if you're not home?

I know they leave the slip - but I'd rather get it today if possible.

you can call fedex and ask them to hold the package at one of their offices for pickup...

just write it on some paper and tape it to the door, thats what I did and now they always just leave the packages

I left a paper that said "Dear Mr. Fedex Dude (or Mrs. Fedex Dudette), please leave my box by that bench over there (signature), kthxbye"

The driver at my old place was real anal about leaving packages. I tried the note on the door but that didn't work. They tried to deliver the package two more times. After the last time they left a note saying I had to pick the package up at the hub. After driving an hour out of my way to the hub and chewing on some arse, they finally decided to start leaving the packages.

Yeah a note always works w/ my driver, but YMMV

On the drop off slip you sign and check the right place on the front and on the back you fill out all the pertinant information for on-file signature to drop off when you're not home.

Each driver/neighborhood varies in strictness, but that's the official way to do it.

When I moved to my house and had FedEx deliver something for the first time, they left a little tag on the doorknob. It had a space for me to sign it and fill out instructions for leaving future packages w/out signature.

I just wrote a note and signed it, and said that they can take the note for proof of release if they wanted to, and I came home to my package on the doorstep.

Call Fedex and tell them you want to put a release waiver on file.
