Just make sure you get the Antimicrobial version, all the others just cover-up the smell. This one really made a putrid, moldy, BO smell go away.
 
My downstairs neighbor lived in a groundfloor apt and gave me this nice desk chair when he moved out. But it smelled like his apt- mold. That's why I'll never live in a ground floor apt.
