Here's a short list on mine:

Pressing Arm on alarm remote twice quickly turns off headlights (if they're on)
Pressing and holding Disarm rolls down all windows and opens sunroof. Stop pressing and windows will stop at that spot.
Inserting key into driver side door and turn it right and holding will roll down all windows and open sunroof. Turn it left and hold will roll them up and close sunroof.
Sun visors once turned to the side can be extended by pulling them towards you.

I never knew my bare bones Focus had a height adjustable driver's seat. I've owned it for more than two years. I felt embarrassed.

Lifting your foot off the throttle around a tight corner on my MR2 will cause the rear end to snap around smartly and make you look really stupid.

The sunroof can be fully removed, and there are brackets to snap it into place securely under the hood so it doesn't get tossed about/damaged.

If you put the key in the lock and turn it the windows will all go up.

You can have the headlights go on for 30 seconds after you've parked if you flick the highbeams with the door open. To help you find the way to the front door.

Putting it in manual mode also puts it into sport mode which can be driven in automatic mode. Makes it hit the red-line.

If a flash my high-beams while the car is off , the headlights stay on for 30 seconds.

If I hold down the unlock button on the remote all windows including the sunroof open.

If I press the button to the side of the windshield wiper arm, it does an automatic wash which includes the headlights if my lights are on.

If I press the lock button twice the motion detector in the car turns off but the car is still locked (useful when windows are down).

There is no Repeat button on the stock headunit, so you have to hold down the random button to get repeat.

and the most useful thing I learned ...

don't try to act like macho man in the snow because you will get stuck if there is a bunch of hard snow piled up in front of your driveway and your car has no clearance.

Press open twice on the fob to drop the drivers window to aid entry in tight parking spaces, unless you have the lock when moving feature enabled in the key.

There is an option in the Driver's Information Center for an "overspeed" and "underspeed" alert (chimes when you go below/above the designated speed), a "rest reminder" which flashes an image of a tree & picnic table at a specified distance interval, and there is a diagnostic menu you can access when starting the car that allows you to view a number of sensor outputs, like coolant temp.

Oh yeah, and if you push the button labelled "T/C," you will find your rear tires need to be replaced much sooner....

You won't find the button to pop open the trunk in my Mazda 6 5-dr (too many ppl have tried that). It's a hatchback and you open the hatch by the handle hidden right above the license plate.

Volvo S70:
- There is a little metal handle on the inside of the trunk that you can use to close the trunk and prevent having to get your hand dirty by holding onto the outside of the trunk.
- Even if the headlight switch is "On", the lights turn off immediately when the ignition is switched off.
- The car has a rear fog light for use in heavy rain, snow, fog or other weather that impairs other drivers' ability to see you.
- There is a "secret" compartment in the rear shelf that can hide several CDs or a couple of books.
- If the doors are un-locked, the trunk is also and can be opened by pressing a trigger that is located above the license plate.

951:
- The glove compartment has a small HVAC vent and is heated/chilled along with the rest of the interior.
- Engaging the turn signal with the car turned off will switch on the parking lights for only that side of the car.
- The "flash to pass" feature will flash the driving lights so that you don't have to raise the retracting headlights.
- The side mirror on the passenger side of the car is not convex and needs to be adjusted accordingly.
- The 21 year old factory alarm system still works.

In my old 69 Chevy 3/4 ton you can start it from a complete stop in 3rd gear then shift right into 4th at 20mph and go all the way to 80mph. Ahh I miss those 4.57 gears ;)

lol, I can start my VW in 3rd gear, it's just really bad for the clutch.

I guess the only thing I didn't know my car had was a fuel cutoff at the red line. Thank God too: Once I got behind a slow driver at an on ramp so I left it in 3rd and I jumped out from behind him and floored it. At about 65-70 MPH the car redlines and the engine shut off. It sounded like weeeeEEEEEEEEEE **THUNK** I had to fight to regain control of the car, turn the key off, and then back on.

My speedometer has a really really faint light at the 65mph mark. Heh - just noticed it the other day after 6+ years of ownership.

My Accord does all that except for the headlights, which turn off on their own after a few minutes.

Others:
-"Courtesy light" - narrow focused orange light shines from the roof console whenever the headlights are turned on, for reading maps, etc. you never notice it unless you reach out your hand into the lighted area.
-Braking on a downhill slope will cause the automatic to downshift one or two gears to engine brake, and will hold the gear until you press the throttle.
-Interior lights come on whenever the key is removed from the ignition or the car is unlocked.
-If a light passenger (kid) leans against the side of the passenger seat, that side airbag is momentarily disabled until he sits up straight again.

Best ever, though, was my old Accord wagon. It had hidden pockets in the rear seatbacks large enough to hold a wallet, and easy to access without moving anything, but so subtle that I didn't know it had them until probably my third year of ownership.

Jeep Liberty - hold in the odo reset and turn the key to run. It will do a dashboard test of the lights, gauges, and displays, and it will display any malfunction codes.

My Old G20 had an anti-lockout feature.
The doors would not stay locked unless all 4 doors were closed, so if you pressed the lock button got out of the car and closed the door the doors would auto unlock.
Didn't notice this one until a bunch of stuff had been stolen out of my car because it was unlocked. :(

Lol, well no. It's so you can get in without having to limbo the window if you cannot open the door very far. It's useful, but I have the auto lock feature enabled on my main key, so I don't have it most of the time. My spare is set to have this feature though.

1988 Mazda RX-7
- has no cylinders, no pistons, no crankshaft, and no valves in the whole engine.(alot of people seem to ask if a RX-7 has a 4/6/8cyl. and yes to me, its a feature.)
- has two sets of injectors, one primary set, and one secondary.(primaries are 550cc and secondaries i think are 600 or the same.)
- mine is the 2+2 variant in which the back seats are absolutely useless, even for children's seats.
- can shoot flames out the exhaust without cat's. also has 2 pre-cats, and one main cat.
- stock, has a LSD in it.(not all of them came with a LSD)
- has an alarm system from the factory that doesn't work, as well as an automatic adjusting suspension that doesn't work either.(taken out from what i heard from the previous owner)

That it has a V8.

Yes, I get asked rather often "Did you get the four or the six cylinder?" If I wanted a 6, I'd have gotten a Sonoma.

Turning the key from the off to on position three times will show the OBDII codes in the odometer display. Very useful for troubleshooting.

99 VW passat:

if the car is unlocked and no door is opened within 30 seconds, the car will re-lock.

the trunk lock is linked to the doors. having all 4 doors unlocked will also unlock the trunk, and locking the doors will lock the trunk.

99 Camry

-The door will not lock if the key is still in the ignition regardless of position.
-If you insert the key in the trunk you can turn it to the right and remove it. The trunk can't be opened from the release on the driver side floor.
-Lights come off automatically (light sensor)

'03 SVT Cobra

-independent rear suspension and built to handle on the track (.93g with stock junk tires is better than a M3's 0.87g); it's not just a straight line car

-it's a hand built supercharged 4.6L (281 ci) DOHC, not a "five oh"... the 302 was discontinued after '95

-f**k no it's not a Shelby. John Coletti > Carroll Shelby. Shelby is a name whore ala Lucas and THX as far as I'm concerned.
