Feature differences between BEFSR11 and BEFSR41

I'm thinking of getting a linksys router until I can get a good linux router situated. Does the BEFSR41 offer any features that the 11 doesn't (aside from the extra ports)?

Thanks- Atx

The only difference is that the BEFSR1 is a single port router, the BEFSR4 includes a Four port 100bt switch.

For the linksys this is true... just be careful and don't assume this for all routers. The NetGear RT311 and RT314 looked like the same router except one had one port and the other had 4 ports. But they differed internally too... the one port had a slower processor and couldn't handle as much bandwidth as the 4 port.

I agree, the 1 and 4 port linksys are the same except for the number of ports but I don't want you to assume that is the case for all manufacturers.

this is true for many manufacturers, as far as I know the linksys sr41 and 11 are the same though
