I think he was yapping his mouth at the very beginning of his time period to finish eating his stuff. Then and just as his time ran out, he finished off the last bite...but since his time was up before he finished, he got eliminated and started bitching.

Then Joe told him that he shouldn't have been running his mouth at the beginning of this time period
